Refund and Exchange

Damaged or Defect

For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer partial or full replacement depending on the damage or defect.

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and send us some photos along with the order number and description of the defect. We will assess and revert within 2 days. There will be no cost to you on the shipping or parts.

Please do not return or post items to either our registered or warehouse address before obtaining the RMA number and instructions from us. We are here to help and we won't want you to take risk with the items from being misplaced or unidentifiable and rejected.

Returns - Change of Mind

We offer a Change of Mind return policy. Our policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you change your mind, you may contact us at postsales@uniquelyfurnish.com.au to request for a RMA number, and we will provide the detail instruction for you to return your purchase to us.

Items must be returned in their original packaging including all the original contents free from damage. Please ensure all items are packed sufficiently for transport, any damages caused during the return shipping maybe rejected or receive a revised refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days, after we have received your returned product.

Please note that a 20% restock fee will be deducted from the purchase price. If a shipping fee was paid during purchase, it will not be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service along with the RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
